Listed are a few of the web sites that I begged, and pleaded with for information relating to this site. I have listed them, as they where and still are very helpful to me in my research. I hope that someone may get help with their own research from visiting these sites.

The Great War Forum An incredible forum, steeped deep in knowledge. with a very helpful and friendly bunch of members. If you think or know that you have a relative who was involved in the great war, then i can not stress enough that this is the place to start your research. I began my own family great war research here, and yes it is overwhelming when you see the level of knowledge that the site contains, but they make you feel welcome, explain the war jargon, and will shock you with their results. none of them claim to be experts, but believe me a lot of them are. They have helped find some of the hard to locate men on this memorial.                 http://1914-1918.invisionzone.com/forums/

You can try linking your search to family members, known street address etc. I have found it very useful with good results. Well worth trying.         http://www.hut-six.co.uk/cgi-bin/search2.php
